Palazzo Reale

Het Palazzo Reale, of vertaald het koninklijk paleis, werd in de 18e eeuw bewoond door het vorstenhuis Bourbon, oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit Frankrijk. Oorspronkelijk stond er een ander kasteel, bedoeld om de koning Philip de 3e te huisvesten. Door de jaren is het kasteel meerdere malen gerenoveerd en tegenwoordig huisvest het niet meer de koninklijke familie, maar zijn er andere interessante hotspots te vinden, waaronder een theater (Teatrino di Corte), een koetshuis waar tentoonstellingen plaatsvinden, de Palatijnse kapel en een exotische tuin.
